:(See if you can horse-trade some kind of deal to have the broker release them so you can take them to another broker.

Is it just closely watching average home price trends per area or are there other things you are looking at? 

Hi I'm trying to watch the bigmarker webinar keeps freezing and I have to refresh the page every few seconds.

Given that the seller is willing to finance (which I think is good), I'm also aware that without a third-party bank lender I won't have them watching over my shoulder making the normal checks.Is the best course of action to hire a local real estate lawyer with experience in commercial property to make sure I don't miss anything big?

Another thing you have to watch for these days is virtual meetings and interviews at home.

(yes i have watched 100s of YT videos) Property sits on .3 acres with a SF 13,939 also has big barn/shed in the back big enough for work shop and storing vehicle.I have ran comps and other homes that have been recently bought (updated) in the past 6mo sit around the 180k-215k price range. 

Watch yourself out there; don't jump in unprepared.  

I don’t yet have an insurance policy but after reading and watching a lot of content on the subject I just need clarification because it seems like having your money grow in multiple places is the way to go!
