Most traffic will be on Zillow or MLS.I would try Zillow first, if not enough interest I would do a flat fee MLS listing.FB groups national and local for STR's would be another free place to advertise.

I put a roommate in each one of the rooms so I was essentially living there for free.

But, an LLC will not limit you from liability in total.

I have heard so many stories just like this from people who have purchased from turnkey companies.The refi is one way, but you'd have to have a big rate cut to free up $450 (unless this is a high-priced property).

Thank you for your response, My current income is about 75,000 a year, My credit card debt total is approx 40,000.00 which consists of 2 car payments and medical expenses. about 6000.00 of it is money I loaned or I guess gave to family and friends, Not to mention the cash I have loaned or given away, I am going to stop being a leech and start to put my needs first, I will get there eventuality!!!
