Okay so I made this profile maybe a year ago was really into it but I lost it :( I am back on and would like to actually get something going this time.

When they are not performing, they are sold in lots as low as $5,000,000.00 where they will be worked over to pick the loans with the most potential to become reperforming, the remainder are sold to investments funds with a higher risk profile.
