I'm hoping to hear from someone who's gone through the process to get some tips and get an idea of how they made out in the end. 

My main questions are how do I figure out what areas in York are going to be the best for rentals (high occupancy rates) and if anybody has tips for renting in the student market.I'm really excited to be a part of this community and I hope to learn a lot from all of you!
