I am seeking advise on business set up for purchase with  two friends who already have an LLC and have flipped in past.  

Does anyone know of an insurance company who will provide coverage on a 4 unit property, with an LLC as the named insured?

I attempted to do a cash out refi into my LLC, and was told all i needed was to add my mother as a minority member to my LLC to properly transfer the deed.   

Subleasing the remaining space is the plan, until we grow into the space.We plan to form a separate LLC (3 member) to be on the master lease to strengthen our financial stance and mediate risk for each of us.

Commercial loan to my LLC How did you add value to the deal?

Operating agreement is for a LLC.  

So I believe they will not be able to pay the higher rents and will end up moving out.Should I put the accounts under the LLC and split it up between the two on each meter or should I have the tenants deal with it?

I have an LLC, silent partner, one home and am ready to get rolling on more purchases but want to take as many preparation steps as possible when it comes to finances and taking advantages of tax breaks.
