We're keeping an eye on this one.We realize that the West Adams neighborhood is very hot right now, and Jefferson Park is turning, but we're not quite seeing that in the Exposition Park neighborhood.

@Adam CraigWe have a mixture of flat and pitched roofs, making it even more difficult to find a roofer capable of handling it all.I would carve out two of your more complicated or larger roofs and have several roofers give you quotes then narrow it down to the one, or two, who offer the best value.

I called title company and the secretary said the woman who is dealing with my closing is busy and I left her a voice mail few days ago but she never called me back...Alexis Adams from this forum  is an angel!

His attitude and the fact that he is unwill to do a real credit check and is adamant about getting a refund are all red flags that only point to future issues.
