I was a marksmanship coach and thoroughly believe for every round you fire you should dry fire at least 10 notional rounds.

In your case, if they decided to play eviction chicken with us, they are going to have to appear.In these cases, although I'm an accommodater, I'm very cut and dried and tend to be very enraging.

Many investors lost their commercial properties in 08-09 when the credit markets dried up.

Anything less than that, and you're increasing your risk, as your seller will not have enough skin in the game.  

So many questions but don't want to suck you dry of time/resources while I still have clearly a lot to learn about the basics.

And the same thing with projected returns.I'm an accredited investor, so I usually don't invest in the nonaccredited funds because many (although not all) of them have such high fees , low skin in the game, etc..
