Might not be the answer you're looking for - but I think you'd genuinely be better staying off of the internet and social media and just going into your market and being in there - 24/7, day in, day out.

Although things are "taught" in the course, its information you can find on the internet. 

I first discovered the idea of passive income, financial independence, yada yada yada, a while ago, and have just been overwhelmed by the vast quantity of free information on the internet and in the books at my local library.

my jacksonville Fl retail realtor friends say their 3 bed 2 baths, 200k and under, in select zip-codes, with slight repairs needed, get full price cash offers, all retail priced, same day, multiple offers, site unseen from internet institutional backed companies, from Miami to California..families looking to buy at or under market get squeezed out and ignored...these companies are like open door who are buying and then flipping with thin margin using volume, and most others others are buying to hold and lease out.. 

As broad as the wholesale community is, when you filter it down to the local levels, it is a small small community.

@Heath M.Hi, Am thinks some thing same, I have a saloon business & my 15 year son will spend 8 hours a week there & be paid like $750x12=9k + money for grass cutting & some Internet jobs, I want it to be less than 12k so no tax to report. 12k then goes to Roth.

I would not suggest doing it, and I certainly wouldn’t post about that strategy in the internet.

I'm not going to sit on the internet and argue all day- but file a falsified return is not allowed, and using a falsified for loans is definitely illegal- so I'm not really sure why you're so dead set on trying to prove that you can.
