Any red flags I should be aware of?

I would think you do and they should be made aware of the issue immediately.  

Make sure the property owner is up to speed/aware of everything.

I am aware of the FHA 203k loan option but would like to bypass all of the red tape and lengthy process if possible.

I'm sure you are aware from research but Boston is a HCOL market, so your search is going to depend on your personal investment requirements (as with any market of course).

Clearly, the person they shared it with is not one of them.Lender is aware and has sent it to corporate because the buyer is a very established investors with a multi-million portfolio, so they do what they can to keep him happy. 

Well they weren’t exactly deliberate real estate deals for as far as I am aware.

I am aware of the matterport, which I would consider a bit more of a luxury than what our product would be (main difference is the 3D rendering feature) and I’ve found a few other VR resources but none seem to have the mobility part down like we do.I guess what I’m asking is: what are the gaps/voids in this technology currently?

The Real Estate cycle, lags significantly behind the wider economic market normally as in when there is not a war or a natural disaster.

Please be aware that on most 203k's the contractor does NOT determine the price for the project.
