There are long term leases that are dozens of pages long for long term housing that cover every item imaginable such as who is responsible for clogged drains, broken appliances, landscaping maintenance, etc. none of which  are likely to be in a short term lease.

When the tenants move out, offer to buy their furniture, appliances and cooking utensils. 

Right after the third man left they called a appliance repair company and he informed them the compressor was shot, so they replaced it.

Appliances, cabinets, Countertops, flooring and all.Is there good places to buy all of these materials?

I will do the Roof, then demo and replace a few walls, Paint, update a few appliances, and then move in [as seen in the schedule below]; from there, I will live in and fix-up. 

You will need to rewire the house if it is all or mostly knob and tube both for insurance purposes and to run new appliances, etc.

Hello all,Recently I was notified by our manager that a certain component in an appliance in one of my rentals needs repair.

Other than appliances (in my neck of the woods, a refrigerator and range are typically provided in rentals; I often also provide washers and dryers; I don't furnish a rental. 

Mine has appliances, hot water heater, roof, floors, bathroom remodel, kitchen remodel, etc.

Additionally, I’ve added appliances to the house that will stay as well.
