No real estate advertisement placed or caused to be placed by a licensee shall be fraudulent, false, deceptive or misleading.(2) When the licensee’s personal name appears in the advertisement, at the very least the licensee’s last name must be used in the manner in which it is registered with the Commission.(3)(a) When advertising on a site on the Internet, the brokerage firm name as required in subsection (1) above shall be placed adjacent to or immediately above or below the point of contact information.

So there is that concern, I don’t know when homes in my area were required to be build with 3 wire common ground electrical, and then there’s the plumbing of course, I don’t know when iron was no longer allowed either.

I would be concerned that they would not pay the rent on time.However, if they do not have a credit score then it likely means they are able to pay cash for their expenses and do not have any debts.

As long as the borrower is a majority member/owner of the LLC, and the payments are being made, the lender isn't usually concerned...they want their money.Where you could run into a problem is if the borrower leaves the LLC.

Cats can cause way more damage.I think it would be better if your #9 pets clause said unauthorized pets need to be removed, rather than just saying you will charge for them.

I had to have the police give a tresspass order to a "bad kid" that was causing problems at one property, and that stopped the problem.Can you have them drop it off at the bank instead, posted to your account?
