I've looked into almost every possible angle to find a remedy, but its becoming clearer that some form of legal action will really be what it comes down to in terms of finding a concrete resolution.  

I don't have Johnston and Harnett county analysis data at my fingertips, but in new construction I'd guess southern Wake and northern Harnett and north-west Johnston counties will outperform the Wake county MSA in general by a wide margin in the next few years. 

I've been watching the podcasts daily, educating myself, and trying to make a decision as to what angle I want to take.
