Lady tenant is pregnant and house needs deleaded.

My plan is to ask for this information prior to signing a lease with a tenant going forward (I already have the SSNs for these ladies since it was on my application that they had already turned in). 

This is fascinating, and something I will look into after shampooing the carpet (which my cleaning lady can do).

You could have a local company come out and inspect for mold and air quality but ultimately the lady want to leave. 

One day while shopping there recently somebody was at the range practicing, and I commented about it to the young lady store employee in the produce dept (which was the part of the store closest to the range).

My property manager rented the place to an elderly lady who appears to be suffering from dementia but is assisted by her daughter.  

The lady is currently paying $1340 where she is and they are increasing the rent to $1650.  

Who knows, this lady may hate the hardness of tile or how cold it gets.

The lady told me " it may take a couple weeks to verify due to owner being elseware) so I tried to just wait, but when it came close to 20-30 days I started calling and their phone line says it's out of service so I go by the office and it gives a number on the door and directions to the same "show unit" stating it was the temporary office.

I own a SFR that's currently rented to a nice lady who is on Sec 8 to help her out paying the rent.
