Another option is renting to someone and giving them permission to sublet that portion of the house, which should require no separate ADU designation, just like renting a bedroom.

They took down the listing, which took down the listing everywhere, but told me it was reposted again after they took it down and so they're looking into it.Not quite sure who I'm supposed to file a complaint against at this point because it's a huge tangled web and I don't know exactly who associated with Company B was responsible, but the listings are gone for now!

I don't want to upgrade breaker panels and they don't want design network infrastructure, but in Maryland, you must have a Master or Limited Electrical license to pull a permit for low voltage installations.
