TLJ888, we currently have more high end deals than I can handle under contract here in TX, also FL and CA to name a few.

No need for a wholesaler to visit, or see, a property to put it under contract.

With work, patience, and persistence you will find these deals in most areas (forget California, Florida, NYC, etc).
