I am college student looking for some deal analysis help. 

Currently a 3rd year business student in British Columbia with an avid interest in real estate.October 2014, I made my first real estate purchase and I was probably crazy to do it but it's been a year and I'm already looking to do it again.

It was a single family in Ewing, NJ which is currently rented out to college students.

I am currently studying at Kelley in Bloomington, IN, and I would love to network and learn as much as I can. I want to increase my knowledge of real estate because I want to try and work on some deals as soon as I can. 

I have realized that many of my fellow students don't know about real estate and its numerous possibilities.

Recently purchased a student rental literally five houses off campus. 

Hold- it's a 7 bed in a student town so I would be using it as a student rental..cash flow potential look's promising..3) How much money do you have at your disposal?

I told him I knew about it and my wife and I signed papers to guarantee the loan.My in-law thought it would be a great idea to rent out the remaining two bedrooms to university students if she could buy it through our company.

There have been a whole lot of investor activity around Cabbagetown, Edgewood, Kirkwood, Reynoldstown due to the Beltline and people in general wanting to stay inside the perimeter attract new families, empty nesters, students etc.

Really that is an okay down payment on a 2BR condo most decent areas near there, at best.In Lowell if you the idea is to get a place that is attractive to students you can get a little further with that kind of money.
