Thanks to everyone reading this and commenting - it would be about $1k to travel out for the auction, so I want to avoid that if it is a waste of time and money (and health) flying out to the auction.  

My family and I are traveling the states in our RV and spend a few months in Wisconsin each year so I should have time to renovate the building but otherwise I will have to manage the property online.

Then move into bigger projects as you gain experience, confidence, increased market knowledge and an increased sphere of contractors and lenders.

I have renovated my house and is ready to rent but do to the pandemic which not a lot of people are working I am not confident yet to start advertising.Any one can suggest what to do.Thank you in advance.

I was even more confident now of a $275k appraisal because of my handy dandy house packet.

The pros of the industry are great income, traveling to cool places, making fun content and meeting awesome people.

Either way, it doesn't exactly give me confidence that a payment plan would work out.

A base hit out here for my first deal would be awesome, just so I can build my confidence and learn.
