I wouldn’t start my rental career with an eviction.

Currently, I am back in a staff position again in a new field of nursing, but have determined that it's not the best job for me career wise, so I have considered either A. going back to travel nursing  B.

Anyone from your previous career who you could call and invite to join you on the deal?

I've found a property that I'd like to start my investment career with.

It gives you a true appreciation for the nuance involved when dealing with someone else's housing and is valuable for later on in your career when "managing your manager".If interested, we are actively hiring for a jr property manager role, a part-time position that is heavily involved with the on-site work (showings, move in/out, DNS inspections). 

I am looking to make an active switch in my career from working a 9-5 towards building my own wealth in real estate.As I look to initiate my strategy, I am having trouble on what is the better option.
