2) How difficult is it to obtain an FHA loan to put 3.5% down on a property?

I seem to be having a little difficulty in finding a quitclaim deed form to transfer my rental llc. 

I’ve been programming since about fourth grade, and I like to think I know a thing or two about building technology products.So I’m curious about what technology investors typically use to systematize their investing.
