First/starter homes in towns within Fairfield County seem to be trading nicely in many areas, however, second homes are sitting longer. 

The issues just seem to be increasing and I spend a lot of time babysitting my account.I have been trying to work with the VP and owners because I think it is a systems and processing problem and I'm a business analyst/business process analyst by trade.  

Also a huge fan of MMM and would be psyched to grab a beer with you and trade stories anytime!

I never feel it is a waste of time to pass along knowledge received over 40 years of investing in and trading various financial assets including real estate.
