I would check roof and structural damage as tornado 2-3 years ago tore up this area pretty bad. 

There are sponsorship teams who are syndicating debt structures for their properties now.

If it was structured correctly it could be a pretty common sense ability to provide safe and standard housing across the US or in certain States.  

If the foundation is compromised, then so is the structure that is built on it. 

I think I need a structured class and this might be what I am looking for.

Eligibility of upcoming investment in OZ needs to be verified and structured. 

That is the baseline for me, a good structured agreement can hammer out the details of who is responsible for what, after that.
