I don't have stocks or bonds.

I knew this would happen if I just wanted to take some money out before being 60, but since I am using the money for investing I was hoping that I am not going to pay any taxes or to be penalized since I am just switching from stock and bonds to RE.

@Chelsie Runnings  septic well etc in Lake county is completely different.. but some good came out that fire.. one of the OLD platted development  up hwy 175 right out of Middle town that burned to the ground they are now running sewer into it and all those lots that would not perc because they are only 5 to 10k sq ft will not become buildable. granted with a sewer bond assessement but still.. it will actually increase housing.. in reading the local paper though they are giving Harbin a hard time

The private bond gets added to your property tax bill as a non-valorem item.

Then you give him just that and in doing so, you establish a bond.

Our lease already states they are responsible for utilities but the clause Michele shared will strengthen that.

If you know anything about silicone its not really meant for bonding.

The major group is bonding companies that want to market bonds to the Personal Representative.

Then the builder rolled the costs of these items into bonds and sold them to third party companies that created annuities for them so the builders could recoup those costs, and investors could get an annuity from them.
