They have painted, used power tools, measured and cut siding, placed trim, dug ditches, cut sheetrock, pulled carpet, filled dumpsters, swept roofs, raked yards, cleaned driveways and gutters, built walls, hung new cabinets, hung notices, sat in court, and so much more; if they knew it or not learned more hands-on Real Estate than any book could teach them.All that said, my 23 year old daughter wants to get into the business.

But good to check with the city as to the requirement as the neighbor may need to move the fence again as the roof overhang may encroach, side set backs may apply to the roof, hopefully they will grandfather the building and not have you shorten the house, LOL.

.-2012 due to new legislation the foreclosure supply was cut off therefore decreasing supply...combined with the hedge funds driving demand through the roof and over paying for properties....prices begin to surge...we saw 30% appreciation in most areas of the valley-2013 Q1 and Q2 demand remained strong and inventory was VERY low.
