Hi Jake, DSCR Loans are a great way to get started if you have a property in mind that is ready to rent once purchased or possibly even has tenants living in it.

Last appraisal was Jan '17 and came in at $490k, before the LTR and Retail space were started (those not factored in). 

My friend Dave in Colorado (HomesWithDave on IG) just started doing a similar strategy.

I have been replying on FF and sending them emails as well but I will take note and also start calling them or texting them.

It was 9:00 at night and starting to get cold, so they didn't want to wait until the next day, if possible.

Is this a good start or should I save more before taking the plunge? 

Still learning and growing, but wouldn't have even started the journey without taking the leap on a house hack.
