I don't contribute anything to this website other than the posts i made about the person charging me.So now I get to go up against someone that has a million dollar lawyer while all I'd be able to afford was a free public defender.I am absolutely having a break down due to this websites inability to care about what their inactions do to people...agreeing to their terms of service when we make our accounts shouldnt give them the right to hold onto all the media if it creates massive problems for us.

In your circumstances, the owners will 100% have to personally guarantee any loan to the LLC, so this won't be an issue.

The lender I spoke with in the new area said our DTI is the biggest issue, and that selling one of the properties would solve that problem, but selling one house hack for another of a similar price/cash flow isn't something I want to do.Still fairly new to REI so any and all advise is greatly appreciated.If your sole purpose is to eliminate higher payment debt from your personal credit history, a DSCR refinance would work only in the case that the lender you work with is a non-recourse or recourse non-reporting lender.
