Hi @Sara Donohue, how long have you been self-employed and what reason do lenders give you for turning down your application?

Accounting software doesn't care weather its a business account or personal.  

My new guy is someone a family member used and has been happy with, the guy literally texted me last night at 8:40 pm a video of him putting the permit application in my mailbox at the property. 

There is a thriving market of applicants that want to lease from small mom and pop shops and not from the mega LLs.   

Their software will generate a full layout based on the dimensions you provide and an itemized breakout of all materials used.

They expressed their "wait" time for accepting applications is 4 years from date of discharge.I was considering using lending tree as a means of being guided to lenders that may vary on their "wait time" but wanted to ask here if there is a general wait time for obtaining a HELOC?

. * Lean more on actual rental data from investors/agents vs airdna & other software's.* Make sure the market's you invest in are STR friendly.

Wanted to get some thoughts and feedback on the landlording software / applications that are available such as the Realtor Avail or Zillow Rental Manager applications. 

PM would enter invoices into the PM software, we used to review the larger bills to be paid every week and they would cut the checks, etc.
