But having kids, abandoning them, and expecting the social safety net to pick up the slack...we have to work to eradicate that attitude in our society.

What business is more essential to society than that??

The waste is annoying, and as our society shifts that might be an issue in the future for the environmentalist crowd - lol - tough to please everyone right?

I have been overseas working in a true society that lives in daily conflict of war and instability everyday.

Whenever you are buying a property out of state you should do a few things to ensure it's as smooth as possible.Don't buy in the roughest neighborhood in the urban core.

The existence of inflation is important because if money doesn't erode its value slowly over time, then participants in a society would be incentivized to hoard cash and investment would not flow properly to where it needs to go within an economy.

I would also say it is being able to give back to society in ways that make you whole. 

It must be a secret that you have to join a secret society to find out about.

While that's stayed consistent, my interest in real estate (B&H and urban re-development, specifically), hasn't. 

They deserve to be shunt away from society.
