A lot of traveling to say the least.

It could be a spouse, mother, father, brother, sister, etc that is recommending they don't use you as an agent because you are a friend.

My JOB is very flexible as well - I work from home 100% of the time and only travel about 15% if necessary so I think I can be attentive and work around client schedules.  

First of all I would like to say that I travel all over the US for work and I absolutely love my job so that being said here are some questions I have

However, with a little "sweat equity," flexibility, resourcefulness, & time - I was able to NEVER pay $1 on the home, it paid for my travels for 6 months, & cash flows $500/month on top of my mortgage!

If so, how did you structure things and could you share your experience.I heard the guest on this weeks podcast #348 talk about how she did this with her sister and it really had me thinking.
