After spending a few days on the island and speaking with locals/expats it was confirmed that the lots Remax are selling in Secret Beach are swamp land.

My only concern is what if they close shop or sell their business?

While duplexes tend to be harder to sell retail then a single family for obvious reasons.....      

Own for 2 years and then sell.

When they sell an expensive property, they have money left over to bid up properties in Arizona and live in much larger and nicer houses in better neighborhoods.Anybody who already has properties in Arizona has done quite nicely.

Im considering selling a SFR with good tenants, but I know that I will be really inconveniencing them both with showings as well as with a possible  move out if the buyer is an end user.Anyone have experience with this and can guide me on how to get them on board?
