I can't seem to get over this hurdle..

I want to invest so badly but I need to learn a lot more first it seems because it's almost to easy.

I am a little concerned about starting off in San Diego, cost of living is very high- and the market seems to be extremely competitive.

Considering that it was my first time there, it all seemed like a mad house to me.

DRAWBACKS1.Poorly organizedWhen I say poorly organized I mean that the information seems to be more organized around what information transunion has and less around the type of information a landlord needs.

If you scale up to 200K a year in gross rents that 20K a year may seem like a lot of money.
