I have read, listened, and talked to a lot of people who do 1-3 a month and while their systems work for them it seems limited to the bandwidth that they can take project management-wise.

Because of that, my first question is.. is it even possible to be able to partner with him since, from all the posts I have seen, it seems like he would need to be there for owner occupancy.

That seemed to be too likely to result in vacant rooms.

Every property I looked at it seems will have a negative cash flow unless a huge down is made.

I understand Cleveland has some of the best and biggest hospitals in the nation but after reading statistics from Furnished Finder it seems like the demand of traveling nurses does not reflect the current growth and magnitude of the healthcare industry in the area for whatever reason.

There seems to be a lot of jobs that won’t come back.  

You seem like someone with the same mindset, and drive that would be a good partner to achieve a common goal. 

They are existing STR and it seems that the house with the pool was preferred.
