Evicting a tenant in court may be easy paper wise, but given the climate of the public with law enforcement I would imagine that a sheriff wouldn't be in such a rush to physically remove the tenant from your property.

Great for rallying a lot of support, back slapping and atta' boys but, as a potential investor, I'd put a lot more stock in the operator that really dives into the nuts and bolts, pulls the veil back a little and gets ahead of my objections and concerns well before I think of them myself.
