I also do lower income rentals, so the turnover costs can be a bit prohibitive compared to the value of the house and I have to screen through a bunch of applicants and as a result it can take up to a month for me to rent one.

Siobhan D.This is a math question.If you have a place (another property) to invest your money which will produce a better return than what it is presently earning (after you account for all the costs associated with moving your capital to this new investment) then you would benefit to move it.If you can find a way to acquire this new investment (perhaps a partner or private lender) without divesting of the old, then you may be able to have both.
