Bankers are humans too and it’s just as much our responsibility as it is theirs to make sure they take care of our needs.When in doubt, pay for additional inspections for added reassurance.  

@Chris Mason funny, when I'm traveling out of the Bay Area now I generally just say I'm from the North Bay Area because I get the same response - everyone thinks I'm from the state of Nevada when I say Novato.Thanks for the info. 

@Tom Tran For your own valuation purposes, i would consider any exclusives in the center and consider what kind of tenant you could put in.
