Tenants will appreciate the attention, and it will be one less thing to do when the units turn overIf the parking area is otherwise OK, restripe and/or paint fresh unit numbers on the parking spaces.Spend a few dollars on perennial flowers.

Yesterday in our local newspaper the front cover headline caught my attention "CRISIS IN THE RENTAL MARKET"  the article talks about the local rental vacancy rate being at 2.4% where the national average is 6.8%.
