I lived off of those commission notes for first half of the 80s.. not always did i have to do that but I bet I stack up 100k or more of those notes and in early 80s that was real money LOL..

We would start paying off the lot this year and be done in 3-4 years.

Where my head is at and my future goals with REII am very hesitant to sell off cash-flowing properties and have the voice in my head saying "if it ain't broke, don't fix it".

As the saying goes, the best time to buy real estate was 20 years ago, and the next best time is now… but with these interests rates I’m curious if it makes sense buying and then if they drop later refinancing to the lower rate, or just hold off purchasing until the rates (hopefully) come down a bit.
