The lesson in all of this - "the customer is always right, unless it is productive for them to be wrong".Obviously tenants aren't customers, and they don't leave reviews that can kill your future business.

We've had people cancel open houses, decline showings, etc.

Aside from the temporary shut down for hospitality type workers, Trade Shows are closed, manufacturing is on hold, products cant get sold etc.

Fearfully - # of transactions will decline, property values will decline and this provides even more uncertainty in an already uncertain position.

When I went into contract the numbers worked, but given the market conditions I'm expecting to see a decline in home prices fairly soon.
