Typically a short sale is a process by which the seller can unload the property with the banks permission knowing they (bank) aren't going to get what they're owed. 

I have a question about a situation where a renter has moved out during the close process.

At this point, I do not trust the seller's agent when she said the tenant would move out because he is in the process of closing on a house.

Bottom line, it takes me 12-15 months to finish a project from point of land acquisition in my area (King County, WA).You should ask around with people who are familiar with the process to see what timelines to expect.  

Also, the house buying process in long sometimes.

Forgive me if this is a subject hence beat to death but....I would love for assistance with at least a general outline of the wholesaling process to see if it right for me and to get a sense of whether or not the market is overly saturated.Regardless of which replies I get please note I intend to report back to the forum to relate my experiences! 

They did not send my paperwork to sign Deed in lieu of, they sold the loan and the new company asked me to sign Deed in lieu of in which i had no problems doing so.Now since BOA started the foreclosure process and it is now on my county website i was told that since it was an FHA loan i had to wait at least 3 to 4 yrs to get a loan.

Some remain in denial even thru the end of the process.
