Don't know how deeply such an investigation would go or the cost, but maybe those members that thought a preferred status on here was valuable enough, they would pay for such an investigation.

If not you will be contacting the state regulatory agency to file a complaint and have them investigate if instead of being nuetral they are catering to the bank.
