If the landlord had evidence that the property manager hadn't checked on the home for two months, then maybe they would have a case.

The condominium is 2 stories and 6,540 square feet with 8 units and was constructed in 1965.

The property has been in the same family for 30+ years and has been well maintained. 

Seriously considering but I need boots on the ground to service correctly.

Is it as simple as the guest or someone has altered the total nights stay?

I’m curious if truss delivery is still taking a long time.I imagine the recent storms have set you back on your timeline, and wish you clear skies going forward.
