If you put together a wholesale deal that you can't close - who loses?

I am not sure what you have to lose by giving it a try.  

Any one not paid loses all rights (providing the foreclosure was done correctly).

(btw don't purchases their classes, all the info i've ever needed I've found on BP), where as if you don't lose focus, keep being social and network, show yourself to be of value to them.  

Then who loses?

In the meantime, my currency took a nose dive losing 5% to the USD in that space of time. 

If it's the same strategy you'd lose out, but at least you would have free marketing if their prices are too high for them, you can catch those looking for something less pricey but same area. 

The move was due to my husband losing his job we moved closer to his new job and to be closer to an ill parent.

If you do, and if you never lost your keys and she didn't lose keys then the facts don't support a need to change the locks.

That way you can offset your vacancy rate a little better, by losing only 1/4 of your rent while vacant.
