-I want to get a multi unit and rent out the other units, what is the best platform to find these buildings?

Im Titus. ill start off by saying i really appreciate all big pockets member. as i continues to read more about the beautiful game of real estate investment i create this account through youtube search. i cant be any happier to have this platform where people help answer helpful question. so here we go.

I've been doing a ton of research on different platforms that are accepting online payments from tenants.

Many of these platforms are here to help you establish your own process while still guiding you through the basic, but necessary steps. 

If you really want to juice your returns, you have the freedom to respond to guests within an hour of receiving an inquiry/question/problem, you’re willing to deal with more hassles and dedicate a few extra hours a week to launch an active biz go STR.If you don’t need to maximize your COC returns and you don’t need extra hassles distracting you and interrupting you from your current work, at dinner time, etc and prefer a more passive investing vehicle then go with LTR.

How have you guys split up utilities with no dedicated meters?

Tom covered the question but this is what I can add.I ve' been to many many A.J Billing and Cooper Auctions,  unless you dedicate yourself to attend almost all of them ( this is my guess :DD))), and wait for your lucky day, it mostly waste of time.Never seen anything that makes sense at the auctions, people even pay over market price :(
