Hello Everyone, I own a multifamily in Columbus Ohio.

If not, then, I don't think it will be a successful partnership.You are better off each doing your own deal and then partnering up in a few years.

I've been sucked in lately, and been learning all I can; I'm 21 currently, with a goal to own 5 cash-flowing rentals by the time I'm 30.

I wanted to post this to warn my fellow investors about them, they do lease-to-owns buying houses dirt cheap from banks and sell them via LTO for often 600% more without doing any work to them.

She owns a short-term rental staging company and works with investors and holds my investor meetups in Florida.

I am a realtor, so I will be my own buyers agent.

Many of the area's homeowners own their property as a 2nd home, vacation home, and don't live & work in Santa Fe full time.

For my strategy there is a lot more to it, as well as my own limitations on conventional loans. 

My question is, as a resident of CA does it make a difference if I'm using an attorney/asset protection specialist in my home state or in the state where I own rentals?

I already own a 2 family house in the Boston area so this would not be first time home buyer.
