just google Hard money lender Honolulu  there are 3 or 4 that will pop up .I have a friend there that may entertain a private money loan.. but he is uber picky  Also you can check with Conventus in SF  I referred a few folks from Honolulu to them and they funded.again very good rates but very conservative LTV's etc.

Hi folks, first-time poster / long-timer lurker here, and I really appreciate the deep well of knowledge & entertaining threads here (eg Paul Sandhu from "worst town in KS" :). 

They are still subject to common animal rules (no barking, on a leash or under owner control outdoors, clean up after them immediately, etc.)

I don't know why you would want to Invest in a Short Term Rental away from the Beaches or the Business and Entertainment areas in Tampa Bay.

I entertained buying it at the time but didn't want to spread myself to financially thin as I was still rehabbing my FLIP.

Hello BP, I’m curious what outdoor cameras self managing investors are using currently.

When I went to see what was wrong, it turns out that she tried having the heat on in one room and the AC on in the other which won't work since there is only one outdoor unit. 

Seems like a lot of wasted indoor and outdoor space. 

But considering the sellers are willing to entertain seller financing I may be able to structure a deal.
