Hi everyone, i'm very new to wholesaling, watched a couple videos by Flipping Mastery TV on youtube and after some research, thought i'd do my first few offer calls.I was able to find 2 seller's agents who are interested but they don't want to sign a PSA with me until I have viewed the property in person.

A capital expenditure is money spent by a business or organization on acquiring or maintaining fixed assets, such as land, buildings, and equipment.

I have a few other questions that I am hoping I can get your opinions and advice on. 1.

I see a few challenges arising with this type of set-up.If for example, he/she doesn't do a good job or if you no longer need their services or if a conflict arises between landlord and manger.Is their a way to structure the managers pay without bumping in to challenges later on?

Does anyone have advice on what to do with this land if we still want to do real estate investing as a family?

His original ease is June 2021, but has been on a month to month, with an increase on Oct 1 from $3300 to $3600.   

Any thoughts on this?
