Not having W/D hookups in the units reduces their attraction to new tenants, but there is no practical way to add such.

If you have 1000 intelligent posts on BP you'll be a lot more attractive to investors/etc.

However, we get these types of calls and often still refer the buyer to other agents due to workload, so you're going to have to make your call very attractive for the agent to call you back.

Campgrounds require one of two things to be successful .1-On or close to an interstate highway for over night campers,or2- a destination location,such as beach (me) or mountains.Last is amenities, pool, game rooms,on site laundry etc... biggest mistake you can make is put all your money in spaces  and nothing built to attract campers!
