The boards were face nailed, so most likely we'd have to adjust to stud boundaries if we tried to 'reuse' the existing fastener points.

Make sure the tenant knows that you will "nail and mail" on the 2nd, AND THEN DO IT.

There is a Nails brand FRP adhesive to adhere the sheets themselves to the walls that comes in a metal paint can type container and you will need two (although one will be nearly wasted since you won't use much of it and I doubt it will re-seal for any long period of time)...

If you want to go hammer nails you could, but you can do a lot more to be more profitable and effect how a or your community addresses housing needs.
