Some huge chunk of the Agency guideline content is essentially "oh you can do this amazing common sense thing to get you into a house!!!!

It proves one can find an opportunity in any location and in any market given the investor is willing to hustle hard enough to find it.If you haven't looked in to agency debt on multifamily you should.

That being said, there are huge advantages that shouldn't be ignored that come with going with an agency like ours that is technologically advanced and can provide financial benefits that simply are not available to individual owner/operators currently. 

Have your client specify areas in those states and reach out to other agents within kw or other agencies in those areas.

The last one is an opportunity zone vehicle that is investing in Mobile Home Parks that is supposed to start cash flowing in March.  

I believe @Ryan McGlasson was focusing more towards agency debt since he mentioned words like non-recourse and loan amount of over $1M.  

That's what I was wondering about was if it was like how mobile home housing where you are leasing the land but owning the building.
