You are in way over your head if you haven't figured out any way to accept money other than from a money order in the mail.

Since Terrance wasn't doing anything to get contractors to do the work and we were loosing money on it, we sold it for around the price Invictus purchased it for, which did not include the renovation money. 

Generally I prefer money off to seller repairs because sellers have a vested interest in fixing things as cheaply as possible.

I don't know what the property looks like but unless the bathrooms are really bad, you may want to spend your money on design/furnishing/amenities.

It can be pricy but well worth the money if you can afford it. 

Sure, taking a trip cost money, but a few hundred or thousands of dollars is a tiny percentage of a real estate investment.

Everywhere I go there's all these experts and gurus selling courses but I just need to find that first deal especially since I don't have much money now and I'm willing to do what needs to be done to find those deals whether it be raw land or actual properties, residential or commercial.
