I actually got my real estate license partially for something to do and I enjoy the work (maybe because I have other sources of income from my rentals and dividend stocks that more than cover my living expenses, so I’m not desperate for every commission like some agents are.

I would screen her first so you know who will be living there but assuming she's ok, would just add her as an occupant as opposed to a responsible party to the lease.
